Advocacy

Wu Yee is a voice for the families and children served in our communities.  Our advocacy work includes the following:

• Mobilizing parents to share their stories through testimonies at public hearings, press conferences, trainings, and other forms of communication;
• Participating in all day advocacy events taking place in Sacramento;
• Attending meetings with community members and allies to strategize on how to effectively advocate for our programs and services;
• Partnering with key local funders, legislators and ad hoc committees on special projects.
