Keeping Fit and Staying Healthy is an educational self-help workshop by a certified nutrition and metabolic typing specialist to share with parents about healthy weight and nutrition, exercise, increasing metabolism and how stress effects the body.
The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese, and takes place on Monday, June 22, from 10:30 am to noon.
