Food Program

The Child Care Food Program (CCFP) has been established by the federal government and administered by the California Department of Education to help ensure that children receive nutritious and well-balanced meals while in day care. Wu Yee Children’s Services, as a Food Program sponsor, is dedicated to supporting quality child care through its ongoing nutrition education services, technical assistance, resources materials, and meal reimbursements that will aid in day-to-day caring for children.

Participation requirements: 

  • Be a licensed Family Child Care Provider
  • Serve USDA approved meals
  • Maintain simple daily record of meals served
  • Participation in annual nutrition training
