Bamboo Society
The Bamboo Society was created to honor donors who have made a gift totaling $500 or more within the past two fiscal years. Members of this exclusive group receive recognition on our website and annual Butterfly Social, access to marketing materials and an invitations to special events happening within the agency and correspondences from Wu Yee’s Executive team and Board of Directors pertaining to policy, events, funding, and our relationships in the community.
Nearly 50 members of the Bamboo Society gathered on February 13th to hear local author Ruthanne Lum McCunn lead a discussion titled Stories about the Chinese American Experience. In addition to her presentation, guests enjoyed a view of the city from the Penthouse at One Hawthorne.
