Wu Yee's Family Child Care Quality Network (FCCQN) Consultants work with child care and potential child care providers to grow their centers, develop their skills and stay current with licensing and best practices. Our highly skilled team works one-on-one with providers to help them reach their quality-improvement goals.
Because every home-based child care environment is different, we emphasize creating strong relationships between our providers and consultants. Meet Wu Yee's Family Child Care Quality Network team
Wendy has been working in the ECE field for over 14 years. She has been working with Wu Yee Children's Services since 2000. She started with San Francisco CARES program, she provided supports for early childcare providers pursuing their education. With two children of her own, ensuring quality in education has been an utmost priority. In 2013, she started working with Family Child Care Quality Network. She enjoys working with family childcare providers to help them create a welcome spaces for children to learn and live in. In her free time, she enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge of Chinese language and art with children and teens. She also enjoys Chinese watercolor painting.
Nancy Huerta-Hargrove has been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 9 years. She worked as an Assistant Teacher at a Child Care Center for three years. While at San Mateo 4Cs, she was a CARES Coordinator, Resource and Referral Counselor and FCCERS and ECERS assessor. She is reliable in the CLASS Pre-k and toddler tool. She trained in North Carolina on the FCCERS and ECERS tool. In her spare time, you will find her running, reading a good book, watching a movie, baking delicious goodies, at a SF Giants game, enjoying all the restaurants San Francisco has to offer, or possibly spending some time at Disneyland.
